Rookie OVR: 0 | Re: please help how do you download new madden 16 patch??? So, some of us don't have online. I have an XBONE and I don't have any games I play online and don't feel that I should have to pay money for an XBONE live card just to get this update/patch. I, like the OP, have the same issue here. I started up the game post-patch and got the prompt to download the tuner, and the prompt for the updated roster. I downloaded both of those, then restarted up the game to get the prompt for the patch. Nothing. No prompt, can't check for updates and there aren't any anyway. This is a problem, and I'm glad I'm not the only one. I understand some updates happen when the XBONE is in sleep or standby mode, however I have a PS4 as well and used that more frequently the week that the patch was released so my XBONE was not plugged in. Therefore I do not believe it downloaded by itself, and I have no way to know if I have the patch or If I do not. If anyone has any constructive ideas on how to check, I'm sure me and the OP would very much appreciate that information. |
